Feels like I’ve just got punched in the stomach.
Hope is by far my favorite emotion.
Yes it’s easy to cross the line of wishful thinking or worse yet, denial. But true hope is something I will never apologize for.
I hope for many things in my life but the two I have always held on to the most is seeing everyone I know in heaven, and seeing everyone I know smile.
It’s is because of my hope to see this come true that drives me to work for it, to do EVERYTHING I possibly can to see it. I believe hope is the purest and most powerful motivator for people to do something with their lives.
To change the world. To save it.
You see hope is not an excuse to sit back and assume good things are going to happen. Hope changes your perspective on life so that the work you do seems less like work and more like a dance. Its not just a straight walk but movements that take you every which way. Sometimes you dodge things, sometimes you jump, and even still sometimes you just spin in circles.
But hope allows even those circles to feel so graceful. It makes life feel graceful. And hope makes you realize more than anything…that life is full of grace.
